Requirement is for IFC project at Bhopal. 

• The Health Economist must have at least ten (10) years’ experience in health sector in the field of health financing
• Must have an PhD degree from a reputed university
• Must have experience of conduct cost effectiveness analysis in healthcare as well as healthy quality of life based calculations
• Must have demonstrable and in-depth knowledge of financial modelling/ statistics and health economics
• Must have worked on at least two large scale public health projects in India in the last three (3) years
• Must have worked on at least five (5) public health projects in the last ten (10) years globally
• Will be responsible for all fiscal and economic analysis related components of the project
• Must have experience of working on calculations involving disability-adjusted life years (DALYs)
