The India Mental Health Observatory (IMHO) is tracking and documenting the performance of popular English print and digital media publications on suicide reporting to encourage responsible and positive media reports in accordance with internationally recognised suicide reporting guidelines.

For this project, we are looking for two interns.

Location: Remote/ anywhere in India.

Description: The interns will be responsible for collecting, processing and analysing data related to media reports on suicide in different english language publications.

Duration: Minimum period of 6 months.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or completed) in social sciences, health research, journalism or data science.
  •  The interns must be able to commit to a minimum of 2.5-3 hours per day (6 days a week).
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  •  Must be fluent in English.

Benefits:

An internship certificate upon successful completion of the internship.

A monthly stipend will be provided as remuneration.
